Context

I've started learning programming at the end of 2018 focusing on Python. At that time I was working as a Research Associate in the Digital Geoarchaeology Group at the University of Bamberg (Germany). My plan was to combine programming skills with the analysis of spatial data in chronological terms.

In time, however, my interests turned to Web development, after a short period of learning Back-end I decided to focus on Front-end. At the beginning of 2020, I've decided to change my profession and fully devote my time to learning programming. Since the beginning of 2021 I've been working as a front-end developer (for further details refer to my CV ).

Why did I choose programming as a further path of developing my personal development? Creativity, (real-world) problem solving and the constant need to update ones knowledge - these are the three values I prize and the ones which I would like to encounter in my day-to-day work.

From the very beginning I've been gaining experience through systematic self-learning and by taking part in various courses ( ie. CodersLab - JavaScript Developer (syllabus), visit: my Udemy profile ).
